Job summary

TCS invites experienced Active Directory Admins to join our Noida-based team for a Face to Face interview. The role requires 6+ years in AD design, deployment and troubleshooting.

You will manage AD domains, GPOs, ADMT migrations, backups, patching tools, multi-forest configurations, DNS/DHCP, and AD site replication. Certifications like MCSE 2000/2003 or MCTS on Windows Server 2008 are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of active directory concepts and configuration including membership in security groups and OU structure.
• Knowledge of Windows Registry and documenting configuration changes.
• Experience on Merger and Demerger of Active Directory environments.
• Proficiency in designing and planning Windows Server 2003/2008.
• Experience with multiple patching and antivirus tools.
• Hands-on migration and consolidation projects in AD.
• Expertise in backup products for AD environments.
• Experience designing, implementing and troubleshooting AD domains with multiforest solutions; ADMT migrations.
• Strong AD tools knowledge including DNS/DHCP, GPO, GPMC.
• Manage AD site replication schedules, site links/boundaries, and user/group accounts.
• Certifications MCSE 2000/2003, MCTS on Windows Server 2008

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of active directory concepts and configuration, i.e. need to understand membership in security groups, inherited groups, OU structure, etc.
• Knowledge of Windows Registry, including knowledge of modifying system registry to support installed applications and document configuration changes.
• Experience on Merger and Demerger of active directory Environment
• Excellent skills on windows 2003 and windows 2008 designing & planning
• Should have worked with more than one patching & antivirus tools
• Hands on experience on migration and consolidation project
• Should have expertise in backup products
• Experience with designing, implementing and troubleshooting active directory domains with multiforest solutions and good experience on AD user migration via ADMT
• Good experience on Active Directory Services, Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO), Group Policy Management Console (GPMC), DNS and DHCP
• Manage Active Directory site replication schedules, site links and boundaries, users and group accounts in an Active Directory environment
