Job summary

Key responsibilities include Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Fulfillment management, along with service governance, stakeholder engagement, and customer satisfaction through robust reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in ServiceNow, ITSM & ITIL Service Management.
• Experience with CMDB and Discovery platforms.
• Experience in Infrastructure Operations.

Responsibilities

• IT Service Management (ITIL) practices and governance will be applied across services.
• Handle Incident Management processes and drive resolution timelines.
• Lead Problem Management to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Oversee Change Management to ensure compliant and smooth deployments.
• Coordinate Request Fulfillment to meet user needs and SLAs.
• Support Service Governance through metrics and process adherence.
• Manage a team and mentor junior members for service excellence.
• Engage with stakeholders and customers to align expectations and outcomes.
• Monitor Escalation Management to resolve critical issues promptly.
• Prepare and review Excel reports for service performance and trends.
• Create dashboards to visualize service metrics and insights.
• Track SLA/KPI performance and drive improvements.
