Job Description:

• Required Technical Skill Set: Switching, Routing, Wireless, Firewall (Palo Alto)
• Must-Have:
• Experience in Network Design, Implementation, and Support
• Creating High-Level Network Design, Low-Level Design, Implementation Plan, Migration Plan, Testing Plan for new projects
• Expertise in Cisco Products (Wireless Controllers, Access Points, ASA) and Palo Alto firewalls
• Updating network devices into ITSM & Monitoring Tools, SolarWinds administration
• Troubleshooting and resolving network issues (Priority Low to Critical)
• Collaborating with Customer L3 team and internal TCS towers to resolve complex issues
• Participating in Major Incident Management (MIM) calls and providing timely solutions/updates
• Technical coordination with OEM support for technology assistance
• Coordinating with Customer Site Contacts for hardware, cabling, WAN link issues
