• Experience in network infrastructure upgrade, replatforming, transformation, migration, connectivity setup, end-to-end alarm management
• Ability to gather requirements, clarify, and proceed through design, development, and troubleshooting
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and hold vendors accountable
• Ability to handle ambiguity at the workplace

Role:

• The OSS Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for setting up and managing multiple end-to-end projects simultaneously.
• Ensuring project benefits and outcomes are defined and delivered, controlling scope, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Enabling projects to be delivered on time, within budget, and with quality.
• Managing cross-functional teams across the business.
• Key contacts include business representatives, sponsors, technical architects, SMEs, and operational teams.
• Creating and monitoring project plans, managing change requests.
• Managing daily operational aspects, identifying blockers, facilitating decision-making, and solving problems.
• Reporting project progress to management through steering groups.
• Closing projects by evaluating successes and challenges for future improvement.
