JOB DESCRIPTION

• MPLS, BGP, STP, VLAN,BFD,CDP,LLDP,SDWAN,AP’s,OSPF Troubleshooting
• Switch replacement, Switch stack configuration
• Manage wireless networks using Cisco and Juniper infrastructure, including controllers, Access Points (APs), and MIST Web GUI
• Detailed validation of production environment changes and planned and unplanned interruptions
• Performance monitoring of various applications and web services to maintainquality of service and network stability
• Remote troubleshooting and resolution
• Driving Major Incidents, Sending Priority Notification
• RCA and solutioning of recurring network issues
• Experience in attending P1 bridge calls for Global and E commerce issues
• Good understanding of LAN and WAN Technologies
• Good knowledge and work experience in TCP & UDP protocols and understanding of TCP flags
• Monitoring the link functionalities and reporting to Team for action
• Troubleshooting and resolving LAN/WAN performance, connectivity, and related network problems
• Requires strong troubleshooting, analytic and diagnostic skills, along with good communication abilities.
• Performing routine maintenance on network-related components and equipment
• Hands-on experience in upgrading the Switches & Routers.
• Basic understanding of other network technologies.
