Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Adobe Target specialist to design and deploy targeted experiences across digital assets. You will work on frontend implementations using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS and integrate with backend services for seamless Target deployments.

You will collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver personalized experiences, contribute to API-driven integrations, and mentor junior members while ensuring robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Adobe Target.
• 6-8 years in digital marketing and related roles.
• Experience in Adobe Target implementation using Launch or JS.
• Experience in Adobe Target Web SDK and AEP/AT.JS (preferred).
• Front-end development experience: JS/HTML/jQuery/CSS.
• Experience with Target API and backend/server-side deployments using Java/.Net.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize Adobe Target using Web SDK and APIs.
• Develop front-end components with JS/HTML/jQuery/CSS for Target deployment.
• Coordinate backend integrations and server-side deployments for Target.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams and stakeholders to deliver personalized experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ relevant year experience in Adobe Target
• 6-8 year industry experience preferably in Digital Marketing
• Self-starter - Organized and highly motivated
• Experience in Adobe Target implementation using Launch or JS
• Experience in Adobe Target Web SDK
• Experience in backend end /server side deployments using SDK on Java/.Net
• Adobe Target Architect Certifications is a plus
• Ability to work with Target API
• JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS/HTML, Web services/APIs, browser compatibility issues and solutions
• Familiar with UI/UX and Mobile SDK
• Familiar with current W3C recommendations and their availability in common browsers
• Familiar with dynamic web development, personalization, web analytics, website optimization
• Experience with React or Angular is a plus
• Experience on chrome profiling/light house/cross browser testing and other optimization tools
• Experience leading small team-members in formal or informal capacity
