Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions designs, builds, and operates growth systems for client businesses. You’ll work on Adobe Target implementations, campaign optimization, and data-driven testing to drive ROI.

The role requires strong JavaScript, DOM, and tag-management expertise, with exposure to SPA frameworks like Angular or ReactJS. We value deep industry experience, excellent communication, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of client-facing consulting experience with Adobe Target implementations.
• Strong exposure in campaign optimization, ROI tracking, and metrics.
• Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS/HTML, and Web services/APIs.
• Experience with SPA frameworks – Angular or ReactJS.
• Knowledge of JSON and DOM manipulation and page load events.
• Experience with tag management solutions, preferably Adobe Launch.
• Familiarity with UI/UX and mobile considerations.
• Understanding of current W3C recommendations and cross-browser compatibility.
• Industry experience in retail, media, financial services or similar.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills; team player.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.

The opportunity

Must have

• 7-8 yrs. of overall experience as a client-facing consultant, working in Adobe Target implementations.
• Strong exposure in campaign optimization, defining test goals, ROI, tracking metrics, sample size etc.
• Basic-to-advanced JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS/HTML, Web services/APIs.
• Exposure to any SPA framework – Angular, ReactJS etc.
• Strong experience with JSON and DOM related technologies with knowledge of DOM manipulation and page load events.
• Strong experience with Tag management solutions, preferably Adobe Launch.
• Familiarity with UI/UX and Mobile.
• Familiarity with current W3C recommendations and their availability in common browsers
• Solid understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies.
• Deep vertical industry experience (e.g., Retail, media, financial services, high tech, etc.)
• Passion for the internet domain and use of technology to solve business problems.
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success.
• Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science with equivalent work experience.
