Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in India seeks a seasoned Program Manager to deliver multiple Adobe Digital Marketing engagements within budget and schedule. You will coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive transformation.

The role requires 15+ years of technology delivery, strong client-facing project management, and expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud products; excellent communication, stakeholder management, and PM certification are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology/service delivery experience.
• 8+ years managing client-facing projects with CXO-level stakeholders.
• Expertise in one or two Adobe products is mandatory.
• Exposure to Adobe Experience/Marketing Cloud stack (AEM, Campaign, Analytics) is a plus.
• Experience delivering digital transformation projects using Agile/ Scrum.
• PM certification (PMP, CSM, Prince2) is required.
• Strong communication, presentation and executive-level relationship skills.

The opportunity

Program Manager will be responsible for delivering multiple consulting engagements successfully within the defined budget and schedule. He is also responsible for interacting with all the key stakeholders (Customers, Partners, Consulting team, other Adobe teams) to drive Adobe Digital Marketing engagements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of technology/service delivery experience
• 8+ years of experience in Managing projects in a client facing role
• Experience in managing key stakeholders at CXO level (Customers, Partners, Consulting team, other Adobe teams) to drive Digital Marketing engagements.
• Strong Communication and excellent structural thinking to manage situations
• Expertise on any one or two Adobe products is mandatory
• Exposure in implementing the Adobe Experience/Marketing Cloud suite (AEM, Campaign, Analytics etc) will be a plus
• Experience in implementing other Leading COTS platforms like IBM or SFDC or Oracle Marketing Cloud would be preferred
• Exposure to delivering the Digital transformation projects using any Agile/Agile Scrum methodology is a must
• Any leading Project Management certification like PMP, CSM, Prince2 is a must
• Significant experience presenting in front of groups and to high-level executives
• Proven track record of building solid relationships with customers at all levels
• Excellent understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies
• Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success
• Should possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or Bachelor’s degree in business with equivalent technical work experience
• Deep vertical industry experience (e.g., Telco or retail, financial services, high tech, etc.)
