Job summary

Capgemini Bengaluru is seeking an endpoint security specialist to manage and support Tanium and SentinelOne across enterprise endpoints, deploy agents, perform upgrades, monitor health, and drive lifecycle management.

You will troubleshoot Windows and Linux agent issues, execute patch management and vulnerability remediation, automate tasks with PowerShell, Python, or Bash, and collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Network, and Service Management teams to resolve incidents and strengthen

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Tanium Core, Deploy, Patch, Inventory, and Interact.
• Experience with SentinelOne EDR/XDR and endpoint security.
• Windows administration with basic Linux knowledge.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to troubleshoot agent health and deployment issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Tanium and SentinelOne platforms, including agent deployment, upgrades, health monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management across enterprise endpoints.
• Troubleshoot endpoint security and agent-related issues such as communication failures, offline devices, policy enforcement problems, version mismatches, and connectivity issues on Windows and Linux systems.
• Execute patch management and vulnerability remediation activities using Tanium, ensuring endpoint compliance with organizational security standards and policies.
• Automate operational tasks through PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting and support large-scale software deployments using tools such as SCCM, Intune, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Network, and Service Management teams to resolve incidents, maintain documentation, generate compliance reports, and support endpoint security initiatives aligned with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.

Your Profile

• Hands‑on experience with Tanium (Core, Deploy, Patch, Inventory, Interact) and SentinelOne EDR/XDR.
• Strong knowledge of Endpoint Security, Threat Detection, and Agent Management. Experience troubleshooting agent health, communication, and deployment issues.
• Strong Windows Administration skills with basic Linux knowledge.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and networking fundamentals (ports, protocols, connectivity).
