Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a TIBCO Integration Specialist to design and implement robust integration solutions across middleware and ESB patterns. You will work on TIBCO BW, EMS, RV and related adapters, building and deploying SOAP/REST services and ensuring reliability in production environments.

The role includes deployment, DevOps automation, log analysis, and 2nd/3rd line support with emphasis on performance tuning and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, RV, Adapters, Hawk.
• Experience with XML-based data mappings and service interfaces.
• Proficiency in database concepts (JDBC/SQL) and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop integration solutions using TIBCO BW5/BW6/BWCE and build/deploy SOAP/REST services on TIBCO platforms.
• Implement JMS messaging, queues, topics, and fault-tolerance mechanisms.
• Manage deployments using TIBCO tools and develop CI/CD pipelines.

Your Role

• Develop integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5/BW6/BWCE).
• Implement message routing and transformations using TIBCO EMS, TIBCO RV, and TIBCO Adapters.
• Build and deploy services (SOAP/REST) on TIBCO platforms.
• Create and manage TIBCO Shared Modules, EAR files, and deployment packages.

Integration & Middleware

• Implement JMS messaging, queues, topics, durable subscribers, and fault-tolerance mechanisms.
• Integrate with various systems (databases, APIs, ERP, CRM, legacy systems).
• Configure, monitor, and optimize EMS servers, bridges, routes, and fault-tolerant pairs.

DevOps & Deployment

• Manage deployments using TIBCO Administrator / TIBCO Enterprise Administrator (TEA).
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for TIBCO applications (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize integration flows.

Support & Maintenance

• Provide L2/L3 production support for TIBCO integrations.
• Analyze logs, debug issues, and ensure high availability.
• Work on incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.

Your Profile

• Strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, RV, Adapters, Hawk.
• Hands-on with XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, REST, JSON.
• Knowledge of JDBC, SQL, Oracle/MySQL/SQL Server.
• Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and integration patterns (EAI, SOA, ESB).
• Experience in Linux/Unix, shell scripting, and server administration fundamentals.
