Your Role

We're hiring for skilled and motivated CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint across Bangalore/Mumbai/Hyderabad location to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 9 years hands-on experience with strong expertise in CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) including installation, configuration, upgrades, and policy management.

Your Profile

• Manage Endpoint Security Solutions Administer and support EDR platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and policy management.
• Monitor and Respond to Security Incidents Investigate endpoint security alerts, perform threat analysis, support incident response activities, and ensure timely remediation of security issues.
• Provide Technical Support and Troubleshooting Act as L2/L3 support for endpoint security tools, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with vendors for problem resolution.
• Optimize Security Posture Fine-tune detection rules, security policies, and configurations to reduce false positives and improve threat detection effectiveness.
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement Attend client calls, provide operational updates, recommend security enhancements and integrations, and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
