Job summary

Capgemini India seeks an experienced Enterprise Mobility Architect to lead on-prem VMware Workspace ONE deployments and Microsoft Intune management. You will oversee device lifecycle for Android Enterprise and iOS/iPadOS, implement zero trust controls, and align with ABM, APNs, and Managed Google Play integrations.

Collaborating with global teams, you will craft SoWs, HLDs, and technical docs while guiding workshops with clients to shape mobility strategies.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of experience in Enterprise Mobility Management and mobility architecture.
• Hands-on VMware Workspace ONE (On-Premise) deployment, administration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune for enrollment, app mgmt, compliance, and security.
• Expert knowledge of Android Enterprise deployment models and iOS/iPadOS mgmt.
• Experience with Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and certificate-based authentication.
• Strong understanding of Azure Entra ID and enterprise mobility security.
• Experience integrating UEM with ABM, APNs, Managed Google Play, and identity providers.

Your Role

• Architect, deploy, and maintain on-premise VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch) environments, ensuring high availability, secure database integrations, and seamless communication between components such as UAG and ACC.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Intune environments, designing robust Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of Android Enterprise devices (Work Profile, Fully Managed, Dedicated) and iOS/iPadOS devices.
• Design and implement compliance policies, configuration profiles, conditional access policies, and certificate-based authentication mechanisms.
• Manage integrations with Apple Business Manager (ABM), Apple Push Notification Service (APNs), Managed Google Play, and enterprise identity platforms.
• Lead client discovery workshops, gather business and security requirements, and translate them into scalable mobility solutions.
• Present architecture designs, deployment roadmaps, and strategic recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

Your Profile

• 9 - 12 years of experience in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and mobility architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware Workspace ONE (On-Premise), including architecture, deployment, administration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Extensive experience managing and configuring Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, application management, compliance, and security.
• Expert knowledge of Android Enterprise deployment models, OEM configurations, and iOS/iPadOS management frameworks.
• Experience implementing Conditional Access, Zero Trust principles, certificate-based authentication, and mobile security controls.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity integration, and enterprise mobility security.
• Experience integrating UEM platforms with Apple Business Manager (ABM), APNs, Managed Google Play, Okta, Ping, and other identity providers.
• Ability to develop Statements of Work (SoW), High-Level Design (HLD) documents, technical documentation, and user adoption guides.
