We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support recruitment needs for product-based businesses and multinational clients. In this freelance role, you will manage the recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful hires. You will build strong talent pipelines, identify professionals with specialized IT skills, and connect them with relevant career opportunities. Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
• Hands‑on experience with different interview formats, including phone, video, and structured interviews.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to interpret and communicate requirements for IT positions.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Solid knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, including social media recruitment and Boolean search.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good understanding of HR practices and applicable labor legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments, organize priorities, and work independently.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
