Job summary

thinkbridge in Pune is seeking an HR/Talent Operations professional with 6 years in a BPO setting to manage onboarding, records, payroll, and compliance. This role focuses on efficient, scalable HR processes aligned with business goals.

You will coordinate with global stakeholders, drive HR analytics and automation, and ensure smooth HR operations in a fixed shift 3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST, five days a week onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 6+ years in HR/Talent Operations within a BPO environment.
• Strong onboarding and HR compliance knowledge.
• Experience managing high-volume hiring operations.
• Experience coordinating with global stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in process automation and HR analytics.

Requirements

Must- Have:

• Bachelor’s / Master degree in human resources , Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 6 years of experience in HR/Talent Operations within a BPO environment.
  
• Strong understanding of onboarding, and HR compliance.
  
• Experience in managing high-volume hiring operations.
  
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across the globe.
  
• Proficiency in HR technology, including ATS, HRMS, and data analytics tools.
  
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Must have strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  
• Experience in process automation and HR analytics.
  
• Onsite – Pune, 5 days a week
  
• Shift Timings - ( 3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST)
