Job summary

Accenture India Private Limited seeks a delivery-focused HR Analytics practitioner with 13–18 years of experience to lead talent analytics engagements in Bengaluru. The role involves acting as trusted advisor, driving insight-based solutions across the employee lifecycle, and guiding offshore teams.

Strong communication and leadership are essential for growing a portfolio of HR analytics services. You will manage multiple client engagements, define initiatives, and ensure delivery excellence

Qualifications

• Hands on experience in analytics and data mining with large databases and survey data.
• Built advanced analytics statistical models in Talent & HR or Marketing Analytics.
• Strong analytics experience (descriptive and advanced ML, forecasting) with 10+ years.
• Proficient in Python or R and SAS.
• 6 to 8 years of experience leading multiple client engagements.
• Project management experience.
• Good client communications (verbal and written).
• Experience working with offshore teams.
• Managed a team of at least 5 members in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• As a member of core Talent & HR Team be the trusted advisor to internal and external clients.
• Ensure insight driven Talent and HR problem solving and drive business outcome indicators.
• Lead multiple client engagements to grow a portfolio of accounts aligning to Talent & HR goals.
• Drive delivery excellence, innovation agenda and next generation analytics to cross-sell Talent & HR analytics solutions.
• Lead and groom a pool of domain, statistical and programmer analysts and responsibilities for people metrics.
• Proven leader with ability to resolve conflicts.
• Strong attention to detail and establish quality measures.
• Define and prioritize initiatives to address talent and capability gaps.
