Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an experienced I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Manager to lead HR analytics solutions across Talent & HR. You will manage client engagements, drive delivery excellence, and mentor a team of analysts.

Responsibilities include building advanced analytics models, forecasting workforce needs, and delivering insight-driven outcomes for client accounts. 13–18 years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience in analytics and data mining with large databases and survey data.
• Should have worked on building advanced analytics statistical models in the Talent & HR or Marketing Analytics area.
• Strong Analytics experience (descriptive and advanced machine learning, forecasting)

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted advisor to internal and external clients as part of the core Talent & HR team.
• Ensure insight driven Talent and HR problem solutioning and drive business outcome indicators.
• Lead multiple client engagements to grow a portfolio of accounts aligned to Talent & HR goals.
• Drive delivery excellence, innovation agenda and next generation analytics to cross-sell and up-sell Talent & HR analytics solution portfolio.
• Lead and groom a pool of domain, statistical and programmer analysts and responsible for people metrics.
• Proven leader with an ability to resolve conflicts.

• Hands on experience in analytics and data mining with large databases and survey data

• Proficient in Python or R and SAS
• 6 to 8 years of experience of leading multiple client engagement
• Project management experience

• Experience of working with offshore teams
• Managed a team of at least 5 members in the last 5 years
