Job summary

Accenture is seeking an I&F Decision Science Practitioner Manager with 13–18 years’ experience to lead Talent & HR analytics engagements in Bengaluru. The role focuses on delivering analytics-driven workforce solutions, workforce planning, and talent development insights for global clients.

The ideal candidate will oversee multiple client engagements, mentor analysts, and collaborate with offshore teams to drive business outcomes through advanced analytics and predictive modeling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on analytics and data mining with large datasets.
• Experience building advanced analytics models in Talent & HR or Marketing analytics.
• Strong analytics including descriptive, ML and forecasting techniques.
• Proficient in Python or R and SAS.
• 6–8 years of experience leading multiple client engagements.
• Project management experience.
• Good client communications (verbal and written).
• Experience of working with offshore teams.
• Managed a team of at least 5 members in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• As a member of core Talent & HR Team be the trusted advisor to internal and external clients.
• Ensure insight driven Talent and HR problem solutioning and drive business outcome indicators.
• Lead multiple client engagements to grow a portfolio of accounts aligning to Talent & HR goals and objectives.
• Drive delivery excellence, innovation agenda and next generation analytics to cross-sell and up-sell Talent & HR analytics solution portfolio.
• Lead and groom a pool of domain, statistical and programmer analysts and responsible for people metrics.
• Proven leader with an ability to resolve conflicts.
• Strong attention to detail and establishes strong quality measures.
• Define and prioritize potential initiatives to address talent and capability gaps.

What are we looking for?

• Hands on experience in analytics and data mining with large databases and survey data
• Should have worked on building advanced analytics statistical models in the Talent & HR or Marketing Analytics area
• Strong Analytics experience (descriptive and advanced machine learning, forecasting) 10+ years
• Proficient in Python or R and SAS
• 6 to 8 years of experience of leading multiple client engagement
• Project management experience
• Good client communications (verbal and written)
• Experience of working with offshore teams
• Managed a team of at least 5 members in the last 5 years
