At Ciklum, a leading custom product engineering company, we seek a Talent Fulfillment Manager in India to drive end-to-end recruitment with a strategic sourcing mindset. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10–13 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, recruitment analytics, and driving hiring initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Aggressive & Proactive: able to act quickly and decisively to drive hiring results in a competitive talent market.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: skilled at using data and metrics to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Influential Communicator: capable of persuading and aligning diverse stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Excellent Attitude & Team Player: brings a positive, can-do attitude and works effectively across teams and functions.
  • Strategic Thinker: able to align recruitment efforts with broader business and workforce goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute robust sourcing strategies to build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
  • Partner with business leaders to align sourcing strategies with long-term talent needs.
  • Build strong consultative relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions.
  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights to influence hiring decisions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Lead and support TA-related projects (employer branding, internal mobility, campus strategy, DEI hiring initiatives).
  • Ensure world-class candidate and hiring manager experience through timely and transparent communication.
  • Lead collaboration with TA team members and global cross-functional TA Leads and partners.
  • Experience in managing a team of recruiters or TA partners.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Fulfillment Manager who brings a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for excellence in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and influential, with a proven ability to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience, and deliver key recruitment metrics that fuel business success. This is a high-impact role that will collaborate across teams, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and lead initiatives to attract top talent across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sourcing & Talent Planning:
    • Design and execute robust sourcing strategies to build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines for critical and niche roles
    • Good in Boolean Search Techniques, Experience in X-Ray search and other innovative ways of sourcing is an added advantage
    • Partner with business leaders and workforce planning teams to align sourcing strategies with long-term talent needs
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Build strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions
    • Provide market intelligence and talent insights to influence hiring decisions
  • Recruitment Operations & Metrics:
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
    • Optimize recruitment processes and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • TA Projects & Initiatives:
    • Lead and support TA-related projects (e.g., employer branding, internal mobility, campus strategy, DEI hiring initiatives)
    • Champion continuous improvement in TA operations and technology
  • Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience:
    • Ensure a world‑class experience for candidates through seamless, timely, and transparent communication
    • Drive hiring manager satisfaction by ensuring quality service delivery and timely support
  • Work closely with TA team members and global cross‑functional TA Leads and TA partners to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing
  • Experienced in Managing a team of Recruiters or TA partners
