Ciklum is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team in India. You will partner with recruiters to craft sourcing strategies, identify and engage IT candidates, and build strong pipelines across multiple platforms.

The role requires hands-on sourcing experience in IT recruitment, strong Boolean skills, and the ability to conduct market research to inform hiring decisions. English communication and proactive collaboration are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of hands-on sourcing experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing methodologies.
• Practical experience with different sourcing tools, platforms, and extensions (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
• Good understanding of IT market trends, technical stacks, and programming technologies.
• Ability to conduct and present market research and talent insights.
• Upper-Intermediate English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, result-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under deadlines.
