Ciklum is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist in India to join our team full-time. You will partner with recruiters, craft sourcing strategies, and build strong pipelines of IT talent across multiple platforms.

The role emphasizes proactive candidate engagement and market insights to inform hiring decisions. Ideal candidates will have hands-on IT sourcing experience, strong Boolean skills, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of hands-on sourcing experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and sourcing methodologies.
• Practical experience with different sourcing tools, platforms, and extensions (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
• Good understanding of IT market trends, technical stacks, and programming technologies
• Ability to conduct and present market research and talent insights
• Upper-Intermediate English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, result-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under deadlines
