Qualifications

Key responsibilities in your new role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in the Microsoft technology ecosystem, modern web technologies, and AI-powered application development. The ideal candidate combines deep technical skills with the ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor teams, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

• Architect, design, and develop modular, reusable, and scalable components, libraries, and enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack


• Lead the design and implementation of RESTful and GraphQL APIs using .NET, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability


• Drive application performance, reliability, and scalability improvements through architecture reviews and optimization initiatives


• Champion automated testing, quality engineering, and CI/CD best practices across the software development lifecycle


• Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, architectural discussions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives


• Lead adoption of modern software engineering practices, including cloud-native architectures, microservices, and DevOps methodologies


• Leverage AI-powered development tools, prompt engineering, and AI agents to improve engineering productivity, solution quality, and development efficiency


• Stay current with emerging technologies, web development trends, and Generative AI advancements, driving their effective adoption across teams

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and .NET Core


• Extensive experience with HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js and/or Vue.js


• Solid understanding of CSS, SASS/LESS, responsive design, and modern web application patterns


• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and distributed applications


• Strong knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices


• Experience with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit), Moq, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines


• Hands-on experience with microservices, monolithic, and serverless architectures, including API security and scalability considerations


• Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Docker, and DevOps practices


• Experience leading technical discussions, conducting architecture and code reviews, and mentoring engineering teams


• Experience with Prompt Engineering for Large Language Models (LLMs)


• Proficiency in building and integrating AI Agents and agent orchestration frameworks


• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and responsible AI practices


• Ability to design and build secure, scalable, AI-powered enterprise applications


• Experience driving adoption of AI-assisted software engineering practices and coaching teams on effective AI usage


• Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching capabilities


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills


• Passion for building clean, scalable, reusable, and AI-enabled software solutions


• Ability to influence technical direction, drive engineering excellence, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
