Job summary

Paytm Payments Services in India is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional responsible for end-to-end hiring for sales and business roles, with emphasis on BFSI/Fintech sectors. You will drive volume hiring, coordinate with stakeholders, and align recruitment strategy with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BFSI, Fintech, Payments, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to‑end Talent Acquisition for *Sales and Business hiring, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in **BFSI/Fintech hiring**. Drive volume hiring, stakeholder management, recruitment strategy, and delivery of quality talent aligned with business requirements.
• * Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle across *BFSI/Fintech Sales & Business roles*, from sourcing to onboarding.
• * Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring requirements.
• * Drive *bulk/volume hiring* while maintaining quality, TAT, and candidate experience.
• * Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• * Leverage recruitment analytics, dashboards, and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• * Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, including *time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratios*.
• * Build strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
• * Identify opportunities to streamline and scale recruitment processes.
• * Lead and motivate the Talent Acquisition team to achieve business hiring goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
