1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Understand hiring requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Handle multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

2. Talent Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.

3. Candidate Screening & Assessment

• Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and behavioral assessments.
• Assess technical and functional fit in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Coordinate technical interviews and feedback collection.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
• Advise stakeholders on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and hiring trends.
• Manage expectations regarding timelines and candidate availability.

5. Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth communication between candidates and interview panels.
• Track interview feedback and facilitate timely decision-making.
• Maintain interview documentation and candidate records.

6. Offer Management

• Prepare and negotiate compensation packages within organizational guidelines.
• Extend offers and manage offer acceptance.
• Handle candidate queries related to compensation, benefits, and joining formalities.
• Reduce offer declines through effective engagement.

7. Recruitment Operations

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment regulations.
• Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
• Continuously improve recruitment workflows and processes.
