Job summary

KUKU is seeking a proactive recruiter in Mumbai to lead end-to-end hiring for tech and content roles. You will partner with managers to forecast talent needs, craft scalable strategies, and actively close openings while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

In a fast-growing, multi-language content platform, you will build robust pipelines, own recruitment processes, and contribute to a dynamic, entrepreneurial team culture. This role offers growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in recruitment (startup experience is a strong plus).
• Proven track record of hiring across roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Up-to-date knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and hiring trends.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Recruitment Across Teams: Own end-to-end hiring for both tech and content roles. From understanding role requirements to closing candidates, you’ll drive the entire process.
• Be a Strategic Hiring Partner: Work closely with hiring managers to plan talent needs and create agile hiring strategies that scale with business goals.
• Build & Nurture Talent Pipelines: Source smartly, engage consistently, and hire efficiently. You’ll manage talent pipelines and ensure we’re always ahead of our hiring targets.
• Deliver Seamless Candidate Experiences: Take charge of the full recruitment lifecycle screening, coordinating interviews, rolling out offers, and onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional candidate journey throughout.
• Bring the Startup Mindset: In a rapidly evolving setup like ours, flexibility and hustle matter. You’ll wear multiple hats, solve problems on the go, and bring energy to everything you do.

What We’re Looking For
