(A) JOB SUMMARY

Lepton Software is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist with strong exposure to hiring for technical & non‑technical roles in the IT industry. The role also supports key HR functions including PMS and Training & Development, along with providing operational support across various HR activities as required.

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles in the IT industry.
• Lead hiring for non‑technical roles in the IT industry.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate skill fitment and cultural alignment.
• Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and weekly recruitment reports.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain a strong relationship with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with internal HR Team for onboarding for new hires.

Performance Management System (PMS)

• Assist with PMS cycle execution among all departments including goal‑setting, mid‑year and annual reviews.
• Track progress and ensure timely closure of performance review activities.
• Prepare PMS‑related reports and communication.

Training & Development

• Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance sheets, and feedback documentation.
• Support training needs identification and evaluation effectiveness.

Employee Engagement

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Support internal communication activities for HR programs.

(C) QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4 – 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & HR Operations in the IT industry.
• Strong experience in technical & non‑technical hiring for IT industry roles.
• Hands‑on experience working on ATS platforms (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Exposure to PMS, training coordination, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms.
