ROCKWOOL Group in India seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Country HR Manager in driving recruitment and talent management strategies. The role emphasizes building a strong talent pipeline, campus hiring, employer branding, and HR analytics across manufacturing and IT domains.
You will work closely with Country HR, Plant HRBP teams and external agencies, using Workday and LinkedIn to optimize hiring and onboarding processes while ensuring data integrity and KPI tracking.
Role summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Country HR Manager (India), in driving and executing the company’s talent acquisition and talent acquisition and talent management strategies. Candidates with experienced in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management with Manufacturing and IT Domin is preferred.
Talent Acquisition: Responsible to support the implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies to attract-high-quality candidates. Responsible to monitor and ensure the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes are in place. Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and various recruiting channels. Able to build talent market mapping for key and critical positions in OPCO India. Build and maintain top notch agencies for niche positions hiring. Responsible to provide guidance on talent acquisitions best practices and ensure smooth collaborations with Country Human Resources. Able to conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in talent acquisition. Be an expert in applicant tracking and sourcing tools like Workday and LinkedIn. Able to compile and understand Talent Acquisition KPIs for OPCO India, including candidate experience metrics (onboarding and offboarding), recruitment efficiencies, sourcing channel effectiveness, FTE management and etc. Be an expert to provide support and advice to Country Human Resources on different initiatives such as campus recruitment, employer branding, process improvement, inclusive hiring skills training etc. Participate in projects as assigned by superior.
Others –HRIS, Compensation & Benefits: Monitor open job requisitions recruitment activities in Workday and provide advice to respective Plant HRBP on long overdue open job requisitions. Able to provide guidance and briefing to HR on Workday on Recruitment Modules. Respond to periodic and ad-hoc requests including reports. Ensure data integrity at all times. Participate in projects as needed and willing to learn within OPCO Level’s projects.

Skills & Experience – Essential Recognized Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent Knowledgeable in HR analytics (ie: Headcounts, time to fill and cost per hire metrics, C&B data analysis) Fluent written and spoken English, Hindi Talent Acquisition: - Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience in Manufacturing and Digital – Info Tech, with a focus on hiring across all levels of the organization. Experience in campus recruitment preferred. Previous experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous. Strong understanding of employer branding principles and strategies as well as passion to discover and implement alternative/new ways to attract talent using technology. Ability to thrive in a competitive recruiting landscape and work effectively under pressure. Meticulous, excellent attention to details and analytical capability. Excellent Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on MS Excel. Strong understanding of HR practices, compensation structures and benefits administration Skills & Experience - Desirable Strong communication skills with good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Strong team player with initiative and good project management skills Proven track record of success in a fast-paced recruiting environment. Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and growth. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
