About Us

With the increasingly dynamic and accelerating pace of consumer demand today, manufacturers have to introduce a much greater degree of flexibility into their processes to keep up. The current state of automation and robotics which enables many of these manufacturing processes, however does not allow for this versatility.

Machines from different vendors each use their own proprietary programming interfaces, are not designed to easily speak with each other, and often require complex and customised programs to integrate them together. Being a robotics manufacturer ourselves once, we have been through these challenges and we understand how frustrating it can get.

Our vendor agnostic software platform, syncOS is designed to seamlessly integrate different automation systems using a simple and intuitive no-code interface. We believe this can help make automated process much more versatile and nimble than has been possible before, and is what the industry needs.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Strategy & Stakeholder Management

Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
Develop and execute hiring plans across tech and business teams.
Provide market insights (salary data, talent availability, competitor trends).
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and communities.
Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
Manage external recruiters when needed.

Recruitment Operations

Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding handoff.
Maintain structured interview processes and consistent candidate evaluation.
Ensure exceptional candidate experience and timely communication.

Employer Branding

Promote Botsync’s employer brand through social media, events, and campaigns.
Collaborate on content that highlights company culture and opportunities.
Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-fill, offer rate, quality of hire).
Optimize sourcing channels and interview processes.
Implement and maintain ATS/recruiting tools.

Key Skills

Strong stakeholder management and communication.
Experience hiring both technical (AI/engineering) and commercial (sales/BD) roles.
Knowledge of SEA & Indian talent markets.
Data-driven and organized; able to manage multiple roles at once.
Proactive, resourceful, and candidate-centric.
