Join a young, energetic team and work on backend integrations for AMRs, AGVs, and fleet-management software. You will write robust Python and C++ code, build APIs, and help deliver reliable solutions with our customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years backend software engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills with working knowledge of C++.
• Experience with Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, Websockets, CAN, TCP/IP.
• Experience building REST APIs and data-driven applications.
• Familiarity with integrating robotics or automation equipment such as AMRs or AGVs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs for the syncOS integration platform.
• Implement integration modules in Python and C++ using REST APIs, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, Websockets, CAN, and TCP/IP.
• Contribute to sync templates and integration frameworks for M2M and M2S integrations.
• Write clean, testable code; participate in code reviews and follow engineering standards.
• Support deployment validation and customer-site troubleshooting, and close issues through root-cause follow-up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data components for syncOSs integration platform.

• Implement integration modules in Python and C++ using REST APIs, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, Websockets, CAN, and TCP/IP.
• Contribute to sync templates and integration frameworks for machine-to-machine and machine-to-software integrations.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code; participate in code reviews and follow established engineering standards.
  Build and extend integrations for AMRs, AGVs, fleet managers, Warehouse Management Systems, and sensor OEM platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve backend, API, protocol, and data-flow issues during development and deployment.
• Add automated tests, logging, monitoring, and technical documentation to improve system reliability.
• Work with senior engineers, QA, Customer Success, and deployment teams to execute clearly scoped deliverables.
• Support deployment validation and customer-site troubleshooting, and close issues through root-cause follow-up.

Essentials

• 1-3 years of backend software engineering experience, with strong hands-on proficiency in Python and working knowledge of C++.

• Experience building, testing, and debugging backend services, REST APIs, or data-driven applications.
• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, Websockets, CAN, and TCP/IP.
• Good understanding of backend fundamentals, API design, networking, data handling, automated testing, and debugging.
• Exposure to integrating robotics or automation equipment such as AMRs or AGVs with fleet-management or orchestration software.

Highly Desirable

• Experience integrating Warehouse Management Systems or sensor OEM platforms.

• Working proficiency in Golang alongside Python and C++.
