Job summary

Rapyuta Robotics is seeking an experienced engineering recruiter to join the Talent team in India. You will collaborate with vendors, agents and internal stakeholders to attract engineering talent for India and the US, develop hiring strategies, and ensure targets are met within SLA/TAT timelines.

You will also promote referral programs, plan campus recruitment, and organize job fairs while building robust talent pipelines and partnering with leaders to meet workforce needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as engineering recruiter in India.
• Provide regular market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring analytics.
• Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects across multiple departments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic and uncertain environments.
• Skilled in negotiating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors, agents and internal stakeholders to acquire mainly engineering talents for India and US.
• Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined SLA/TAT timelines.
• Manage Internal communication such as promotion of referral program.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives.
• Organize and participate in job fairs, hiring drives, and assessment centre.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
