Superleap AI CRM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Bengaluru to manage end-to-end recruitment and build strong talent pipelines across business functions. You will lead market mapping, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer closure, and onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience across diverse roles and functions.
• Ability to build strong talent pipelines and partner with hiring managers to understand needs.
• Proactive sourcing, market-mapping, and talent-identification skills.
• Experience driving end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer closure and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Drive hiring for niche, critical, and hard-to-fill roles using targeted sourcing approaches.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, motivation, and role fit.
• Manage interview processes and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and stakeholders.
• Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and closures while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Track hiring progress and ensure timely closure of positions against defined TATs.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and build strong talent pipelines across business functions. The role will involve market mapping, sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer closure, and onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring.
