Job summary

ULOOK is a Bengaluru-based deep-tech company building autonomous satellite swarms and RF sensing technologies. We seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own hiring end-to-end, source hard-to-find talent, and build scalable recruitment processes.

You will partner with founders and engineering leads to understand requirements, screen technical resumes for hardware roles, and drive offers to closure in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a startup.
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering discipline and ability to screen technical resumes for hardware roles.
• Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Find exceptional talent through LinkedIn, referrals, campuses, and creative sourcing channels for specialised technical positions.

• Drive hiring to closure through proactive candidate engagement, persistent follow-ups, and effective negotiation.
• Build and improve recruitment processes, including talent pipelines, hiring trackers, candidate databases, and employer branding initiatives.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work closely with our founders and engineering leads, own hiring end-to-end, proactively source hard-to-find talent, and build recruitment processes that scale with us.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 4–8 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a startup, with a B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline and the ability to screen technical resumes for hardware roles.
• Proven ability to independently source and close challenging positions, particularly technical roles.
• Strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to quickly understand technical requirements and engage credibly with engineering candidates.
• High ownership, initiative, and a structured approach to getting things done.

Nice to Have

• Experience hiring for aerospace, defence, electronics, embedded systems, semiconductors, or other deep-tech domains.
• Experience building recruitment processes in a growing startup.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and campus hiring.
