Job summary

ULOOK is building advanced space and RF sensing technologies, and we need a Business Development Manager to work closely with the founders, build our customer pipeline across defence, government and civilian markets, and close our early contracts and partnerships.

Based in Bengaluru, you will lead responses to RFIs and tenders, work with engineering on winning proposals, and build relationships with defence stakeholders, system integrators and international space partners while representing

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in business development or sales with a track record of closing government or enterprise deals in defence, aerospace or deep-tech.
• Hands-on experience with Indian government procurement (tenders, iDEX, GeM or similar).
• Ability to discuss a technical product credibly, with strong writing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to work closely with our founders, build our customer pipeline across defence, government and civilian markets, and close our early contracts and partnerships.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 7-10 years in business development or sales, with a proven record of closing government or enterprise deals in defence, aerospace or deep-tech.
• Hands-on experience with Indian government procurement (tenders, iDEX, GeM or similar).
• Ability to discuss a technical product credibly, with strong writing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Technical background or degree in electronics, aerospace or a related field.
• Existing network across the armed forces, defence PSUs, ISRO or IN-SPACe.
• Experience with international markets, export processes, or RF and satellite data products.
