Job summary

Sadbhav Futuretech Limited, Gurugram Head Office, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions in the Renewable Energy & Power sector. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers, building a robust talent pipeline and engaging senior stakeholders.

We expect 4–8 years of TA experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle high-volume, niche hires across technical and corporate roles.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in Renewable Energy, Solar, EPC, Power, Infrastructure or Engineering will be an advantage.
• Strong exposure to sourcing and closing positions across different levels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and candidate-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and locations.
• Understand manpower requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Handle mid-level, senior-level, and niche hiring across technical and corporate functions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, networking, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, preliminary discussions, and profile evaluation.
• Coordinate interviews with Business Heads, Functional Heads, and Senior Management.
• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to offer release and joining.
• Drive offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and joining follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and talent pool for critical positions.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and regular hiring reports.
• Ensure hiring within defined TAT and recruitment targets.
• Work closely with HRBPs and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.
