Job summary

Rapyuta Robotics Co. in India is seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter to join the Talent team, focused on sourcing and hiring engineering talent for India and the US. You will collaborate with vendors, agents and internal stakeholders, develop hiring strategies, and ensure targets are met within SLA/TAT timelines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as engineering recruiter in India.
• Provide regular market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring analytics.
• Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects across departments.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Proactive, adaptable in dynamic environments.
• Skilled in negotiating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
