Job summary

Rapyuta Robotics is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to lead engineering recruitment for India and US. You will partner with vendors and internal teams to meet hiring targets while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Fresh graduates with strong communication and quick learning abilities are welcome, with opportunities to drive campus recruitment, referrals, and recruitment campaigns in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering recruitment experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong abilities may be considered.
• Provide regular market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring analytics.
• Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects across multiple departments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
• Skilled in negotiating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors, agents and internal stakeholders to acquire mainly engineering talents for India and US.
• Execute hiring strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined SLA/TAT timelines.
• Manage internal communication such as promotion of referral program.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives.
• Organize and participate in job fairs, hiring drives, and assessment centres.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Basic Requirements
