Unbox Robotics in Pune, India is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across campus and external channels. You will source top talent via LinkedIn, job boards and referrals, coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding, and partner with managers to align hiring with business needs.

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs, build hiring strategies, and deliver quality hires.

Responsabilités

• Proactively source and build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Manage the complete recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, feedback management, and closures.
• Lead offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding for selected candidates.
• Drive and manage Internal Job Postings (IJP) and support internal mobility across teams.
• Coordinate interviews and contact applicants as needed.
• Coordinate and maintain the vendor database.
• Campus hiring and institutional engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Manage the complete recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, feedback management, and closures.
• Lead offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
• Drive and manage Internal Job Postings (IJP) and support internal mobility across teams.
• Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
• Coordinate and maintain the vendor database.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & self-driven
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good with Excel.

Good to Have:

• Prior internship experience in a fast paced environment of startup.

Eligible Candidates:

• Desired Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
• Work Experience: 1 year (Min) - 3 Years
