In this role, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle while working closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and global HR stakeholders. You’ll help us attract and retain top‑tier talent to support our rapid growth in India and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: from job definition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and job requirements.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Engage with local and global stakeholders, including HQ and international subsidiaries.
• Source candidates through networking, research, referrals, and competitive intelligence.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and engagement.
• Optimize and enhance recruitment processes and reporting practices.
• Collaborate with local job boards, staffing agencies, and universities.
• Support HR activities and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, global tech environment.
• Proven track record of hiring in technical domains (e.g., R&D, hardware, engineering).
• Skilled in building pipelines and using advanced sourcing tools.
• Experience in working cross‑culturally with international teams.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – experience with Comeet is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing, high‑growth, and collaborative setting.
