Responsibilities

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Lifecycle (PLC) activities.
• Coordinate product development timelines and assist in cross-functional execution.
• Contribute to the creation of technical materials.
• Assist with product launches and resolve technical or commercial customer issues.
• Monitor, document, and troubleshoot issues during product rollout.
• Maintain product documentation and track changes.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Associate to join our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Product Team in Bangalore. In this role, you will support new product introductions and help manage the full product lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Sales, Support, and more, to deliver world-class energy solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Lifecycle (PLC) activities in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Coordinate product development timelines and assist in cross-functional execution.
• Contribute to the creation of technical materials—including manuals, product training content, and presentations.
• Assist with product launches and help resolve technical or commercial customer issues.
• Work across teams including R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Procurement to align on product deliverables.
• Monitor, document, and troubleshoot any issues during product rollout phases.
• Maintain product documentation and track changes using relevant platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering from a reputed institution.
• 3– experience in the solar energy, smart energy, or technology product sector.
• Strong technical understanding of hardware/software products; ability to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Oracle Agile PLM, data entry tools, and documentation systems.
