Job summary

Datamatics is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead leadership hiring, US recruitment, and global talent acquisition across geographies. You will partner with business leaders to build scalable sourcing pipelines.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Marketing roles, recruit for leadership positions in the US, and coordinate with HR teams across locations. The role emphasizes market research, competitor mapping, and strategic hiring.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in international lateral hiring at all levels.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing via LinkedIn for US Sales roles.
• 5+ years in senior/leadership hiring with headhunting, interviews and negotiation.
• 5+ years in sales and marketing hiring.
• Competitive intelligence and organization mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing and leadership roles across geographies (US/India/UK/Middle East).
• Build talent pipelines in line with business growth plans and partner with business leaders.
• Coordinate with US HR and overseas HR teams for global hiring.
• Develop market research and RFP rate cards for non-India locations.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with strong expertise in leadership hiring, US recruitment, Sales and Marketing hiring, and global talent acquisition. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple geographies and functions, partnering closely with business to build talent pipelines aligned with business growth plans.

Recruitment

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales positions across all levels and geographies, including the US, India, UK, and Middle East.
• All levels for Marketing primarily for India with some roles for US/UK
• All levels of hiring for Inside sales
• Hiring leadership roles in US for Presales, SME's
• All Support hiring for US i.e. HR, IT Ops, Quality, Finance etc.
• Global Leadership hiring across Line of Services
• Tech hiring for US

Operational

• Team management
• Coordination with US HR and Overseas HR team

Others

• Prepare business feasibility reports for global locations, evaluating talent availability, market dynamics, cost considerations, and recruitment feasibility.
• Market Research for RFPs rate cards for non-India locations
• Develop and maintain a competitor mapping database aligned to the company's business offerings across target geographies.

Required Skills
