Integrated Personnel Services Limited (IPS) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager Non-IT to lead recruitment delivery and client relationships from Goregaon East, Mumbai. The role focuses on end-to-end non-IT hiring across multiple sectors, managing mandates, interviews, offers and closures.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in non-IT recruitment, strong external client handling, and 3+ years of team management.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Non-IT recruitment experience.
• Strong external client-handling experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing / RPO / Executive Search preferred.
• 3+ years of team-management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Target-driven with proven recruitment closure track record.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment across multiple industries.
• Handle clients independently, understand requirements, manage mandates, coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, TA Heads and Hiring Managers.
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters; set targets and monitor performance.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles and closure of mandates within SLA.
• Handle bulk, lateral, mid-to-senior and niche Non-IT hiring.
• Track recruitment funnel, productivity, joining ratios and prepare MIS.
• Support existing client growth and identify additional hiring opportunities.
