Visionet Systems is seeking an experienced Manager Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for the US Mortgage hiring domain. You will manage high-volume hiring, partner with business leaders, and drive a team of recruiters to meet aggressive targets while maintaining quality and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team responsible for US Mortgage hiring.
• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing through offer management and onboarding.
• Develop and execute hiring strategies for high-volume and niche US Mortgage positions.
• Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, skill gaps, hiring priorities, and timelines.
• Build strong talent pipelines for Mortgage Loan Processing, Underwriting, Loan Origination, Closing and Funding, Title and Escrow, Mortgage Servicing.
• Establish effective sourcing strategies using portals, referrals, social recruiting, internal databases and campaigns.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, cost per hire, pipeline conversion and attrition.
• Drive recruiter productivity through coaching, performance management and capability development.
• Ensure recruiters maintain high-quality candidate engagement and regular status updates with stakeholders.
• Develop innovative approaches to address volume hiring challenges and hard-to-fill mortgage skill sets.

• Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, cost per hire, pipeline conversion, productivity, and attrition.
• Drive recruiter productivity through daily/weekly reviews, coaching, performance management, and capability development.
• Ensure recruiters maintain high-quality candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular hiring dashboards, forecasts, and status updates.
• Develop innovative approaches to address volume hiring challenges and hard-to-fill mortgage skill sets.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and build a sustainable talent pool for future requirements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational recruitment policies and applicable US hiring practices.
• Work with HR, operations, training, and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
• Identify market trends, compensation benchmarks, competitor hiring activity, and talent availability within the US Mortgage sector.
