Job summary

Integra Solutions seeks a lead business analyst with deep US mortgage domain experience to drive implementation and ongoing improvement of our mortgage technology products. • Experience working with customers on software implementations and process transformation.

Job Summary

• We are looking for a lead business analyst with strong US mortgage experience to help implement and continuously improve our mortgage technology products.
• You will work directly with clients to understand their operations, map workflows, identify gaps, define solution requirements, and support successful implementations. You will also work closely with product and engineering teams to turn customer needs and implementation learnings into scalable product improvements.
• The role provides exposure to modern mortgage technology, including workflow automation, data platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders to understand existing workflows, operational challenges, and implementation requirements.
• Analyze mortgage processes across servicing, investor reporting/accounting, default operations, and related areas, as well as loan origination, processing, underwriting, and closing.
• Design future-state workflows and perform fit-gap analysis between client requirements and product capabilities.
• Translate business needs into clear business requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer challenges into product configurations and scalable product enhancements.
• Use SQL and data analysis to validate business requirements, investigate issues, reconcile data, and support implementation activities.
• Support product implementation activities, including requirements clarification, configuration, data validation, UAT, pilot deployment, and go-live.
• Act as a key liaison between client business teams, product, engineering, and delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Identify recurring customer requirements and operational challenges that can be addressed through product improvements and automation.
• Provide functional and domain support during and after implementation to ensure successful adoption.

Skills

• 3+ years of business analyst experience, including at least 2 years in the US mortgage industry.
• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing and related operations and/or mortgage origination processes.
• Experience with a mortgage servicing system, Encompass LOS, or other mortgage technology platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL with the ability to query, analyze, validate, and troubleshoot business data.
• Experience working directly with customers on software implementations, business analysis, consulting, or process transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into clear functional and technology requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Experience working with product, engineering, QA, and delivery teams.
• Experience with UAT, implementation, and post-go-live support.
