Job summary

Grew Energy in Gujarat, India is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to shape and execute the end-to-end TA strategy across Solar and Renewables, and to drive workforce planning and capability building. You will own recruitment for senior and leadership roles, partner with CXOs on hiring governance, and lead transformation initiatives including process redesign and hiring metrics.

This role requires hands-on leadership of high-volume hiring and a track record of building scalable TA

Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with leadership exposure.
• Mandatory experience in Solar / Renewables / Manufacturing / EPC / Energy sectors.
• Proven track record of leading TA functions or operating as a TA Lead / TA Head.
• Hands-on experience managing high-volume, niche, and leadership hiring simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end TA strategy across Solar and Renewables.
• Partner with CXOs on workforce planning and capability building.
• Lead TA transformation initiatives including process redesign, digitization, hiring governance, and productivity improvement.
• Establish and track TA metrics and dashboards (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire, funnel health, vendor performance).
• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for senior, niche, and business-critical roles across Solar Manufacturing, EPC, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Corporate leadership.
• Personally lead CXO / senior leadership hiring and complex mandates.
• Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and hiring insights to business stakeholders.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:-

• Partner with CXOs and business leaders on workforce planning, succession pipelines, and capability building
• Lead TA transformation initiatives including process redesign, digitization, hiring governance, and productivity improvement
• Establish and track TA metrics and dashboards (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire, funnel health, vendor performance)

2. Hiring Ownership & Execution

• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for senior, niche, and business-critical roles across Solar Manufacturing, EPC, R&D;, Supply Chain, Sales, and Corporate leadership
• Personally lead CXO / senior leadership hiring and complex mandates
• Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and hiring insights to business stakeholders

Mandatory Requirements:-

• 9+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with leadership exposure
• Mandatory experience in Solar / Renewables / Manufacturing / EPC / Energy sectors
• Proven track record of leading TA functions or operating as a TA Lead / TA Head
• Hands-on experience managing high-volume, niche, and leadership hiring simultaneously

Preferred Profile:-

• Experience in greenfield projects, rapid scale-ups, or organizational transformations
• Exposure to manufacturing plants, EPC project environments, or R&D; ecosystems
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
