Job summary

Lokal App, a discovery and access platform serving Bharat, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to shape people strategies in a fast-growing startup context. You will partner with leaders to drive talent, culture, and org effectiveness across our local language products.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, including senior HRBP experience, deep knowledge of employment laws, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on HRIS/data analytics skills in a dynamic, Bharat-focused

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as senior HRBP.

In 2018, we began with a WhatsApp group with a simple hypothesis: people in tier-2/3 towns weren’t really using the internet meaningfully yet. Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all
  levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
