Job summary

Lokal seeks an Associate - Onboarding and Engagement to recruit, train, and onboard wellness buddies for its sister app Eaze, an emotional wellness platform. You will oversee performance and development during tenure on the platform.

Role focuses on guiding applicants, delivering training, and ensuring smooth onboarding of community members with a focus on empathy, Hindi and English communication, and strong documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply operations, Chatrooms, Social Media, Creator Onboarding or Community Operations.
• Fluency in Hindi (read, write & speak) along with proficiency in English.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process leads and guide candidates through the application process.
• Schedule and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates on key skills such as communication, empathy, and emotional maturity.
• Develop and deliver training programs that equip wellness buddies with necessary skills and knowledge for success on the platform.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process that integrates new wellness buddies into community guidelines and standards.

Role Overview :

Eaze is a sister app of lokal where Eaze is an emotional wellness platform where you can connect and talk with experienced wellness buddies, who empathize with your experiences and will help you to feel good within minutes. We're looking for a skilled individual for the role of Associate - Onboarding and Engagement to handle the recruitment, training, and onboarding of our wellness buddies and be responsible for their performance and development during their tenure with the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process leads generated through multiple channels and guide potential candidates through the application process
• Schedule and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates on key skills such as communication, empathy, and emotional maturityli>
• Develop and deliver training programs that equip wellness buddies with the necessary skills and knowledge for success on the platform
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process that integrates new wellness buddies into our community guidelines and operational standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply operations, Chatrooms, Social Media, Creator Onboarding or Community Operations
• Good understanding of mental health principles or adaptability to learn - this is for assessing and supporting wellness buddies along the process
• Fluency in Hindi (must know Read, Write & Speak) along with proficiency in English
• Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and internal teams
• Strong skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting
