Job summary

Lokal is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive people initiatives in a fast-growing startup environment in Bengaluru. You will partner with business leaders, shape HR policies, manage HRIS analytics, ensure compliance, and build strong relationships across functions to enable rapid growth in Tier-2/3 markets.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement scalable HR programs, drive talent management, and contribute to a culture of learning and performance in Bharat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, 3+ years in a senior HRBP role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience working in start-ups.

In 2018, we began with a WhatsApp group with a simple hypothesis: people in tier-2/3 towns weren't really using the internet meaningfully yet. Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP role
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all

levels.
