Job summary

Progenesis IVF, Thane Headquarters, Maharashtra, seeks a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment for Clinical and Non-Clinical roles. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience and proven ability to source through portals, referrals, social media, and campus hiring.

You will ensure timely closures within recruitment TAT, manage bulk and volume hiring, and build strong relationships with hiring managers while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of core recruitment experience.
• Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment is essential.
• Healthcare recruitment exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Clinical and Non-Clinical positions.
• Source candidates through portals, referrals, social media, advertisements, campus hiring, and other recruitment channels.
• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined recruitment TAT.
• Handle bulk hiring and volume recruitment effectively.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure smooth stakeholder management.
• Recruit for positions such as Doctors, Staff Nurses, Pharmacists, Front Office Executives, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and Corporate Roles.
• Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
