Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a broad mix of roles: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, onboarding handoff
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines across sourcing channels (job portals, referrals, agencies, socials)
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities
• Periodic on-site visits to clinics (2–3 times a month) for hiring coordination and stakeholder alignment
• Tracking recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness
• Maintaining accurate hiring dashboard records for visibility to stakeholders

About the company

Our client is a fast-growing fertility and women\'s healthcare provider, scaling up its network of centres across India. As they expand, they\'re building out a strong on-ground team to support both clinical and non-clinical hiring at the centre level.

Why does this role exist?

As our client grows both its clinic footprint and its business teams (sales, marketing, finance, ops, HR), hiring needs span a wide range of functions and seniority levels at once. This role exists to be the single point of ownership for generalist recruitment who will move fluidly between healthcare and non-healthcare hiring, corporate roles and clinic-based roles, as the business's needs shift.

What you will own:

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a broad mix of roles: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding handoff (ex: Sales, Marketing, Growth, Healthcare operations, Finance, Generalists)


• Building and maintaining talent pipelines across sourcing channels (job portals, referrals, agencies, socials)


• Coordinating with hiring managers across functions to understand requirements and prioritize open positions


• Periodic on-site visits to clinics (2–3 times a month) for hiring coordination and stakeholder alignment


• Tracking recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness


• Maintaining accurate hiring dashboard records for visibility to stakeholders

Who you are?

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience as a generalist, comfortable moving across functions and role types rather than specializing in one


• Based at the head office, with periodic on-site clinic visits


• Organised and process-driven: Can manage multiple open roles across very different functions at once without dropping the ball


• Strong communication skills; able to represent the employer brand well to a wide range of candidate profiles


• Self-starter who can operate with minimal hand-holding in a fast-scaling environment


• Prior exposure to both healthcare and non-healthcare hiring is a plus, but not mandatory

What this role is not:

• This is not a specialist recruiter role limited to one function (e.g. only tech, or only clinical). It\'s a true generalist mandate


• This is not a remote role.


• This is not a senior/strategic TA leadership role. It\'s an individual contributor position.
