Job summary

IGF is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive based in Mumbai to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. You will source, screen, and hire candidates across various functions ensuring a positive candidate experience while closing positions in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment. Experience in NGO or CSR recruitment is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Experience in NGO, CSR, consulting, or social sector recruitment is a plus.

Job Summary

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various functions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for NGO and CSR project positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and NGO networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and project teams.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Draft and post job descriptions on recruitment platforms.
• Build partnerships with colleges, training institutes, and volunteer networks.
• Support onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Experience in NGO, CSR, consulting, or social sector recruitment will be Good.
