Job summary

Navi Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional for the SBO team in Bangalore (WFO). You will source candidates for Collections and SBO roles, conduct outbound calls, perform initial screening, and manage a robust candidate pipeline to meet daily and weekly hiring targets.

You will coordinate interviews, drive follow-ups, and ensure timely closures while maintaining recruitment trackers and data accuracy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement.

Scope of Work:

1. High-Volume Sourcing
-Source candidates for Collections and other SBO roles through job portals such as Naukri, Apna, and WorkIndia, as well as referrals and other sourcing channels
-Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring requirement

2. Outbound Calling & Screening
-Conduct bulk outbound calls to engage prospective candidates
-Perform initial screening and assess candidate suitability based on communication skills, role understanding and interest

3. Pipeline Management
-Maintain and manage an active candidate pipeline aligned with daily and weekly hiring targets
-Ensure continuous candidate flow for ongoing hiring needs

4. Interview Coordination
-Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
-Manage end-to-end interview logistics, ensuring candidate availability and smooth communication throughout the process

5. Follow-ups & Closures
-Drive regular follow-ups with candidates regarding interview attendance, feedback, offer acceptance, and joining formalities
-Support timely closures of open positions

6. Tracker Management
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers covering sourcing, pipeline status, interviews, offers, and joining
-Ensure data integrity and timely update

7. Data Reporting

-Share daily and weekly recruitment reports highlighting key metrics such as sourcing volume, conversion ratios, pipeline status, and hiring progress
-Provide insights to support recruitment planning and decision-making

8. Process Adherence
-Ensure compliance with recruitment SOPs, documentation requirements, hiring guidelines, and timelines
-Maintain process discipline and support audit readiness where applicable
